Monthly bookkeeping starts at $250 a month, one flat fee. Based on your business, I'll provide a custom quote tailored to you on a free diagnostic call.
Yes. Cleanup and Catch-Up is quoted per project after I review your books, and paid in full upfront before work begins.
No, payroll isn't something I offer. I'm happy to point you to a trusted provider.
I primarily work with service-based businesses without complex inventory or multiple locations. If you use QuickBooks Online, or are ready to move to it, and want a bookkeeper who understands your numbers, we may be a good fit. A free diagnostic call will help determine that quickly.
Questions about QuickBooks Online and how we use it to help your business.
Yes, all monthly bookkeeping is done in QuickBooks Online. If you're on a different platform, I can help you make the switch.
My practice runs entirely online. Bookkeeping, reporting, and meetings all happen through cloud-based tools and video calls, which means you get real-time access to your books without waiting on an office visit.
I specialize exclusively in QuickBooks Online. Staying focused on one platform means deeper expertise and more efficient, automated workflows for you — rather than spreading that expertise thin across multiple systems. If you're currently on Desktop, I can help you make the switch.
Two costs to plan for: the QBO subscription itself and the one-time cost of moving your data over. Subscriptions currently range from about $20 to $275/month, with most businesses landing in the $75–$115/month range. For the data migration, a simple file can often move over at no extra cost, while more complex files (multiple years of history, payroll, inventory) are better handled professionally so nothing gets lost or miscategorized — typically a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars depending on complexity. I build this into onboarding for clients making the switch, so schedule a free call and I'll give you a specific number based on your file.
Yes. QuickBooks Online setup is available as a one-time service. I will organize your chart of accounts, connect your bank feeds, and set up your vendor and customer records correctly from the beginning.
Yes. Your QuickBooks Online account belongs to you, and you will retain full access at all times. I work directly inside your account, so nothing is locked away or hidden from you.
Yes. If you already use QuickBooks Online, I can work with your existing file whether it is clean and current or behind and disorganized. Any required cleanup will be quoted separately as a one-time project before ongoing monthly bookkeeping begins. If you currently use QuickBooks Desktop, I can help move your books to QuickBooks Online first.
Everything you need to know about onboarding and what to expect.
Onboarding starts once your agreement is signed, autopay is set, and I have view-only access to your accounts. Most clients are fully set up within the first couple of weeks.
I will need access to your QuickBooks Online account through an accountant invitation, access to the relevant bank and credit card information, and some background on how your business operates. This includes what you sell, how customers pay you, and anything unusual I should know about. I will walk you through everything needed during the diagnostic call.
We begin with a free diagnostic call. I then review your books or help set them up if you are starting fresh. You receive a flat monthly quote based on your actual transaction volume and bookkeeping needs. Once approved, I complete onboarding and begin managing your books.
No long-term contract is required. Monthly bookkeeping is billed monthly and can be canceled with notice. Cleanup and other one-time projects are scoped and quoted before work begins.
You can get started by scheduling a free diagnostic call. Depending on the condition and complexity of your books, monthly bookkeeping can usually begin within one to two weeks. If cleanup is required first, I will provide a clear timeline before starting.
How we stay in touch and keep you informed every month.
No. I'm not a CPA firm. I keep your books clean and flag anything your CPA should see.
No, I don't prepare or file business or personal tax returns. I keep your books clean and organized so your CPA has everything they need at tax time.
Mainly by email, plus your monthly report and the diagnostic call up front. I keep meetings to what's necessary, not meetings for the sake of meeting.
Yes. As a solo practitioner, you work directly with me from start to finish — no call center, no rotating team, no hand-offs.
